When it comes to managing performance or certain duties in any industry, it is believed that what can’t be measured is simply hard to manage. Fair enough! How are we supposed to manage anything in an industry when we don’t even know where it’s heading, how and what will be the outcome. The rule applies for services that are tangible. But we if think about it, what about those services that are intangible? Cleaning for one is that industry that is intangible and there are hardly any means to measure it.
